#RUNTHECITY Training Workshops
#RUNTHECITY Training Workshops are a series of three FREE workshops, designed to ensure you have your best possible ASB Auckland Marathon race on Sunday October 29.
Hosted by running experts GetRunning and Sports Lab, over the three workshops you will learn about:
- How to structure your training
- Training tips specific to the ASB Auckland Marathon course
- Injury prevention and recovery tips
- Training and race day nutrition tips and strategies
- Anything else you want to know, you will have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions!
At the end of each workshop, we’ll head outside for a group run, so make sure you wear your running kit. Pacers will be provided from slow to pro! These fun and informative workshops are designed to ensure you are ready to #RUNTHECITY, no matter what distance you are targeting or level of running experience you have - everyone is welcome!
Places are very limited, so registration is a must! You can sign up for 1, 2 or all 3 sessions.
