Are you looking to enter a team into the Barfoot & Thompson Auckland Marathon presented by ASICS and want it to be as seamless as possible?
We have created exclusive team packages for 2025 that will give you exclusive access to benefits that will help you manage your team, whilst not increasing your workload!
Whether you're a business, school, sports club, community organisation, or a group of friends wanting the full experience, there's a team package that is perfect for you.
This information booklet will outline what we are offering for the 2025 event, so you can determine which package is right for your team. This will be available when entries open If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

Platinum Package
Rally the troops for a premium team day experience with the Platinum Teams Package.
- Invoice Pay-Later Functionality - Invite team members to join your team before 14 September, and pay for all confirmed team members in bulk via invoice. Easy!
- Couriered Race Bibs - have your teams' race bibs posted to one location a week out from the event.
- Your Team Name will be printed on all team members race bibs so everyone will know who you're reppin'!
- Post-Race Results - Stir up some competition when the Team Manager receives each of your team members official race results post-race.
- Free Team Person to Person Transfers: Something come up and a registered team member can no longer make it? No worries! Easy change the details of a registered team member to a new team member up to 14/09/2025.

Hospitality Packages
If you're running the Barfoot & Thompson Auckland Marathon presented by ASICS as a group or team (corporate, school, family or friends), booking a marquee at our Victoria Park finish line is a great way to recover, relax and celebrate your efforts together.
Our Hospitality Packages have been specially designed to make your role as Team Captain as easy as possible with customisable options for teams of all sizes.
Once packages have been purchased, there will be the ability to add additional furniture items. Our packages come in sizes Small, Medium, and Large - recommended for groups with 15 or more participants.

Hospitality FAQs
No, it is prohibited to bring a BBQ or any other cooking appliances to the venue. If you wish to fire up the BBQ, we have approved BBQS that can be hired. To add a BBQ, please log into your team captain dashboard and select additional purchase.
Partners of the Barfoot & Thompson Auckland Marathon presented by ASICS pay a premium for their brand to be on display to our athletes. As such, hospitality sites may not display signage or distribute marketing material. Your marquee will be clearly labelled with your preferred team name.
Yes! Pack your own or hire a caterer, there is no restriction on what food is brought to the site.
Due to strict liquor licensing rules, no alcohol can be brought to the site. However, you will be able to pre-purchase drink tokens to use at our onsite bar and enjoy back at your tent.
Yes, non-alcoholic drinks are allowed on-site. Alternatively, you can purchase drink tokens to use at the on-site bar.
No, all marquee sites are powerless.
